Sales Manager for UK & Europe

As a Sales Manager at Selene Marine, you will have an exciting opportunity to travel extensively in Europe to cover our customers, with a partial base in the UK to meet the sales requirements. You will be responsible for selling our newly developed Fiber Optic Gyro in the APAC region. Previous experience in selling Navigation & Communication products or maritime software solutions within the maritime sector would be beneficial but not mandatory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and generate new prospects, converting them into key accounts - Make effective outbound calls to key decision-makers and identify new sales opportunities - Conduct customer visits as necessary to secure new business and prospects for future opportunities - Represent the company at Maritime Exhibitions - Develop and manage customer targeting and sales pipelines - Understand customer needs and provide feedback to Product Development - Build strong customer rapport - Act as a highly motivated, proactive self-starter with excellent time and workload management skills **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 to 3 years of related business work experience in sales - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent presentation abilities - Ability to develop comprehensive forward-looking plans and execute strategic and tactical initiatives - Team player with a positive and dynamic personality - Strong planning and organizational capabilities - Willingness to travel as needed This role at Selene Marine will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with sales of Navigation and Communication Products, following up with customers after the creation of Sales Leads.
