Role & responsibilities

Your role is to:

• Call, qualify, and guide these warm leads,
• Build trust through verified-property consulting,
• Follow up until they visit our office or site,
• And help convert them into successful sales.

Lead Engagement & Qualification

• Call warm inbound leads assigned to you and understand their requirements (budget, location, property type).
  
• Explain KLMs verified real estate model and educate clients on safe property buying practices.
  

Follow-up & Pipeline Management

• Maintain structured follow-ups until clients book an office meeting or site visit.
  
• Nurture leads through trust-building, clarity, and consistent communication.
  
• Manage your pipeline through CRM updates and status tracking.
  

Client Meetings & Closing

• Attend client meetings at the office when scheduled.
  
• Confidently present verified property options with charm, clarity, and credibility.
  
• Drive the deal forward, helping the client make an informed, transparent purchase.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication in

  English, Telugu, and Hindi

  (mandatory).
• Confident, charming, persuasive personality that clients feel comfortable with.
  
• Strong follow-up discipline and understanding of warm lead conversion.
  
• Ability to build trust and explain property details clearly.
  
• Real estate experience preferred, but strong natural sellers are welcome.
