Sales Manager - Direct Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Manager – Direct Sales to drive business through the Direct Channel. The role involves managing direct clients, converting company-provided leads, and generating additional business through self-sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Direct Channel sales model
• Convert company-provided leads into successful closures
• Generate additional leads through self-sourcing and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead to closure

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in sales (BFSI preferred)
• Experience in direct sales is an advantage
• Graduation mandatory
• Good communication and negotiation skills
