Sales Manager (Construction Products)

As a Sales Manager for a Construction Products Manufacturing Company based in Coimbatore, your role will involve overseeing the sales and marketing activities for products such as Paver Blocks, Solid Concrete Blocks, M-Sand, P-Sand, and Aggregates. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the product portfolio - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly - Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing - Prior experience in the construction products industry will be an added advantage - Bachelor's degree preferred - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are passionate about sales and have a proven track record of driving results, we would love to hear from you.
