Job Description

Responsibilities Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs. Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit. Monitors salesperson productivity and performance. Orders/acquires new- and used-vehicle inventory. Maintains a professional appearance. Attends managers meetings as requested. To Drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Retail loan products and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships. Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business or referrals. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Alleppey, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Application Deadline: 31/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
