The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales teams, overseeing distribution networks, and driving growth in a highly regulated environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of sales/distribution professionals to achieve business objectives. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and distribution plans. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals. • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies. • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion. • Oversee inventory management and logistics coordination. • Prepare regular reports for senior management on performance metrics and KPIs. ⸻ Requirements: • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or distribution, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements. • Proven ability to meet targets and manage a team effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration etc. • Should have strong communication skills especially in English language. ⸻ Preferred Qualities: • Goal-oriented and proactive. • Strategic thinker with attention to detail. • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
