• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations based on their style.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, and current trends to effectively educate customers.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking displays and keeping track of best-selling items.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an appealing and organized store environment by arranging products effectively and ensuring cleanliness.
• After-Sales Service: Provide follow-up services to customers post-purchase, addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling complementary items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,357.51 - ₹31,134.99 per month
