We are looking for a confident, energetic, and goal-oriented Sales Intern to support our sales operations through inbound & outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, and proposal preparation. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time sales activities and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from interested customers and provide accurate product/service information
Make outbound & cold calls to potential customers for lead generation
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up documents
Maintain and update call records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
