Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Demonstrate product knowledge and help customers make purchasing decisions.
Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and display of merchandise.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns politely and effectively.
Keep track of stock and inform management about shortages.
Support in promotional activities and special sales campaigns.

Education:

Minimum High School / 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
