Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience managing the full sales cycle and achieving targets.
Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, provide consultative guidance, and deliver excellent service.
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment, training concepts, or a strong interest in the health and wellness sector.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, practical terms.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining accurate records and handling multiple prospects.
Proficiency with common office software and basic CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.
Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, visit customer locations as needed, and adapt to a field-oriented environment.
Preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field; prior experience in equipment, retail, or B2B sales is an advantage.
