Role & responsibilities : Execute cross-sell strategies for existing and new customers across diverse product portfolios. Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product offerings. Manage and optimize customer journey mapping to enhance cross-sell performance. Track and report cross-sell performance metrics to senior management. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration. Regularly review and update cross-sell programs based on customer feedback and market conditions.
