Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, approach, and convert prospects via telecalling, online research, and direct field sales.
• Engage in client meetings, presentations, and consultations to offer tailored solar energy solutions.
• Prepare weekly plans and execute them with daily follow-ups and updates.
• Maintain structured reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance, with regular review and corrective actions.
• Ensure client satisfaction while creating value-driven relationships that contribute to business growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A self-motivated, confident go-getter with 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably solar or energy solutions).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a naturally extroverted and presentable personality.
• Highly organized and systematic in planning, reporting, and reviewing.
• Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and integrity.
• Must be open to extensive travel and fieldwork across Kerala and nearby regions.
