Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to manage and guide a team of sales executives toward achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and hands-on experience in field sales and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives
• Drive field sales and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved
• Monitor team performance and provide training & coaching
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure timely reporting and market feedback collection

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in core sales and marketing
• Proven experience in team management
