SALES EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE) Rajpreet Infra Pvt. Ltd. Ltd. is an authorized channel partner for ACE Group and Gaurs Group, specializing in pre-launch and EOI-stage residential and commercial projects along the Yamuna Expressway corridor. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, target-driven individuals to join us. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and follow up consistently through calls, walk-ins, and referrals. Explain project details, pricing, and the EOI/booking process clearly to prospective clients. ¢ Schedule and coordinate client site visits. ¢ Achieve monthly sales targets. ¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM. ¢ Build and nurture client relationships, including post-sale support. ¢ Stay informed on market trends and competitor projects. Eligibility & Requirements ¢ Graduate preferred; candidates with strong communication skills will also be considered. ¢ Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage; freshers are welcome to apply. ¢ Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. ¢ Good convincing and negotiation ability. ¢ Own means of local travel preferred (for site visits). ¢ Basic familiarity with smartphones/laptops.
