Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for Project Sales in the Jamtara region. The ideal candidate should come from a Building Materials background and have strong connections with contractors, builders, architects, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and grow project-based sales in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new project opportunities and convert them into business.
• Ensure product promotion and brand visibility at project sites.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
• Conduct market research on competitors and pricing trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Project Sales within the Building Materials industry.
• Strong local market knowledge of Jamtara and nearby areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
