You will be responsible for selling Surgical and Pharma products as a Sales Executive. Your key tasks will include identifying and approaching potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product information and demonstrations, and achieving sales targets to contribute to company growth. As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales of Surgical and Pharma products within your designated area. Your role will involve implementing sales strategies, supervising and supporting a team of sales representatives, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies, conducting market research, providing product training and support, monitoring competitor activities, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. In the position of Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales initiatives for Surgical and Pharma products in the South region. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, conducting market analysis, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with other departments, and monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.
