Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert prospects into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, negotiation, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business leads.
• Identify customer requirements and explain relevant products and services.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and negotiation.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and pricing discussions professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call records, and follow-up updates in CRM or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handover and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development.
• Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
• Strong follow-up and client relationship management.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
