Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating leads, promoting company services, converting potential customers into clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls professionally.
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Explain company products, services, and offerings to potential customers.
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist customers with registration, onboarding, and service-related queries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update internal CRM systems.
• Coordinate with customer support and operations teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a professional approach.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, telesales, or business development is an advantage.
• Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to commute are preferred.
