Position: Sales Executive (Male)
Location: Sabhan Furniture, Pandikkad Branch

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for actively engaging with customers, understanding their furniture needs, and providing product recommendations to drive showroom sales. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a smooth post-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, materials, warranty, and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with the billing, delivery, and installation teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain product display standards and showroom cleanliness.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone or WhatsApp as needed.
• Handle basic after-sales service and customer complaints, escalating to the manager when necessary.
• Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,325.58 - ₹33,220.14 per month
