Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain cleanliness and display of the showroom Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction Manage billing and POS system (training provided if needed) Follow showroom SOPs and maintain stock records --- Requirements: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream) Experience in jewellery, fashion, or retail sales preferred Good communication skills (Hindi, English; local language is a plus) Presentable appearance and polite demeanor Basic computer knowledge Trustworthy and punctual --- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Weekly off will be provided on rotation basis)
