Sales Executive

Madhampatty Groups is hiring a Sales Executive to support business growth across its food and hospitality services. We are looking for a candidate with more than three years of sales experience who can develop customer relationships, identify opportunities and convert enquiries into business.

Key responsibilities

– Identify prospective customers and generate new business enquiries.

– Understand customer requirements and present suitable services.

– Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the relevant teams.

– Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms within approved limits and close sales.

– Coordinate confirmed customer requirements with the operations team.

– Maintain customer records, sales pipelines and regular activity reports.

– Work towards agreed sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

– More than three years of relevant sales or business development experience.

– Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

– Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

– Ability to organise follow-ups and manage multiple enquiries.

– Basic computer skills for quotations, email and sales reporting.

– Experience in food services, catering, hospitality or related sectors is preferred.

– Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

– Employment: Full-time, on-site

– Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month

– Benefits: PF, ESI and health insurance, subject to company policy
