About Kurikkal Group:

Kurikkal Group operates with 9 branches and specializes in Carpet, Furnishing, and Décor products. Our Calicut branch is currently hiring a Retail Sales Executive to support our growing business.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Retail Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell our products in the Carpet, decor, and Wooden Flooring categories.
• Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Sales Closing: Work toward closing sales and meeting targets by engaging and persuading customers with excellent product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Customer Attraction: Utilize strong product knowledge and excellent service skills to attract customers and generate sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer Handling: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about various products (carpets, furnishings, wooden flooring) to assist customers effectively.
• Sales Expertise: Ability to understand sales strategies and implement them effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
