As a part of this role, you will be responsible for making calls to verified leads, logging and maintaining updates on leads and conversions, and speaking to potential clients both on call and in person to ensure successful conversion. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with clients post-sale to guarantee smooth implementation and satisfaction, as well as schedule and coordinate training sessions and meetings. Furthermore, your duties will include updating data on Microsoft Excel, preparing monthly reports, and gathering feedback from clients.
