Position Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of our offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
Participate in networking events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of
1 to 5 years
of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
