Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products to individuals or businesses, maintaining client relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a range of financial products (e.g., Demat, Mutual Fund, Insurance, investment products, )
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones
• Conduct needs analysis to understand client financial goals
• Provide product information and suitable recommendations
• Close sales and ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in selling financial products (Demat, Mutual Fund, Insurance, investment products, )
• Strong understanding of financial services and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
