Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers at the service Attend to customer queries and provide accurate information about Honda two-wheeler products and services. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Coordinate with the service department to ensure prompt and efficient service for customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the service provided. Maintain customer records and update them regularly. Requirements Knowledge of two-wheeler products and services will be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
