Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
Use CRM tools or databases to manage leads and track progress.
Qualify leads to determine sales potential.

2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

Present products or services to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to explain benefits and features.
Customize presentations based on client needs.

3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

4. Negotiation and Closing Sales

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
Work to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Close deals efficiently while maintaining profit margins.

5. Market Research and Analysis

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
Identify opportunities for new markets or product lines.

6. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Prepare weekly or monthly sales reports for management.
Use CRM systems to track progress and forecast sales.
