Job Title: Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals, Adhesives & Paints Location: Pune Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head Experience Required: 6 years in sales (construction chemicals, adhesives, paints or related building materials) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling construction chemicals, adhesives, paints, or related products, and a strong understanding of the construction and building materials market. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing solutions, and paints to contractors, applicators, builders, architects, and project consultants. Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships to achieve sales targets. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure appropriate application and usage of products. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and prepare quotations in line with company policies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
