Convert walk-ins and leads into active members with clarity and confidence. Conduct warm studio tours and explain our offerings and memberships. Handle session coordination, follow-ups, and client inquiries. Maintain lead pipelines and update CRM entries regularly. Collaborate with the experience and instructor teams to deliver seamless onboarding. Host outreach drives, sampling, or events to boost local visibility. Support the studio team with aligned sales efforts during peak hours. Represent Utsaah’s energy and values through every interaction.
