Compensation: Fixed + Incentive (Performance Linked)

Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing and articulate Inside Sales Executive to lead doctor onboarding and subscription sales for our doctor-first platform, 120by80, under Salubrious Technologies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation and skilled at professional, persuasive conversations — particularly with medical professionals.

You will be responsible for engaging inbound and outbound leads (generated through social media, web, referrals, and organic campaigns), educating doctors about the 120by80 platform, and driving subscription conversions with clarity, confidence, and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally pitch the 120by80 platform to doctors via phone, WhatsApp, and email, emphasizing value, ease of use, and long-term benefits.
  • Engage and follow up with leads generated through:

Digital ads and campaigns

Organic web sign-ups

Field referrals and social media

  • Understand doctor profiles, record details in RCRM (name, specialty, language preference, consultation pattern, clinic setup, etc.).
  • Explain subscription plans clearly and handle objections with patience and professionalism.
  • Ensure daily call targets are met and keep detailed records of call outcomes and next steps.
  • Coordinate with the support team for demo scheduling, onboarding follow-up, and payment closure.
  • Share weekly conversion reports and lead quality feedback with the growth team.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer doctor queries with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, edtech/healthtech telesales, or customer acquisition roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
  • Prior experience working with CRMs and handling subscription-based sales is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to build trust over a call and hold doctor-level conversations with confidence.
  • Strong listening, objection-handling, and follow-through skills.
  • Passion for healthcare, tech, and innovation is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
