Please note that this position involves a 2-year employment contract.

Travelling to various places in South India should not be a problem

· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

· Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

· Set sales targets, monitor performance, and generate regular reports.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
