Job Description

As a Sales Excellence COE Advanced Modeling Manager at Accenture, you play a crucial role in empowering our teams to compete, win, and grow. Your expertise lies in utilizing machine learning algorithms, SQL, R or Python, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools like Power Bi, Power Apps, Tableau, QlikView, and Google Data Studio to derive valuable insights from data. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business insights that drive process improvements, enhance sales performance, and maximize profitability for Accenture. By building and utilizing models and scorecards, you will enable business leaders to grasp trends and market dynamics effectively. Collaborating closely with operations teams, you will translate these insights into user-friendly solutions, while overseeing tool access and monitoring their usage. Your core responsibilities include collecting and processing data from various functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, analyzing data to develop actionable insights, and communicating these insights clearly to stakeholders. Furthermore, your role entails collaborating with the COE team to create scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. To excel in this position, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong oral and written communication skills in English, and a minimum of five years of experience in data modeling and analysis. Your skill set should encompass expertise in machine learning algorithms, SQL, R or Python, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools. Additionally, project management experience, business acumen, and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for success in this role. Moreover, possessing a Master's degree in Analytics or a related field, understanding of sales processes and systems, knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, familiarity with optimization techniques and packages such as Pyomo, SciPy, PuLP, Gurobi, CPLEX, and exposure to Power Apps will be advantageous.
