Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer

As a Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer at Scopetree, you will have the opportunity to transition from traditional technical roles such as writing test cases and coding to a dynamic sales engineering position. In this role, you will apply your engineering knowledge to support the sales team in promoting technical products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the sales team, conducting product demonstrations, creating proof of concepts (POCs), resolving customer issues through web demos, addressing support inquiries, and serving as a liaison between customers and the engineering department. Your input will be instrumental in product management by providing valuable feedback on customer preferences for product features.
