Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in Mumbai (Maharashtra) and Vadodara (Gujarat). The Sales Engineer will be responsible for revenue growth by providing technical support, communicating and interacting effectively with the clients, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service / support. Minimum Roles and Responsibilities are : Actively search for new business opportunities and identify important prospects to generate sales Scheduling meeting and visit to assign clients/customer (Key accounts) on regular basis to generate leads and Convert the leads to an order and generate revenue. Looking for new product tie-ups, conducting product demos, following up with existing clients, collecting feedback, and maintaining business relationships. Preparing sales offer, attend negotiation meeting, preparation of required reports. Knowledge and Understanding of Govt. tendering process and its requirements. Handling and resolving client queries and complaints. Willing to travel to customer's place on regular basis. (10-12 days in a month) Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Bachelors degree in engineering or related field (preferable Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial) with min.1 year to max. 4 years of experience in Industrial products sales. Strong communicator, both verbal and written and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other CRM software. Fluency in English and local language. Experience / Knowledge of preparation of techno-commercial offers. Proactive and go-getter. Experience of working on GeM portal and understanding of GeM requirements.
