Sales Development Rep Associate-Voice

As a Sales Development Rep Associate at Accenture, your role involves transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. You will be part of a team that helps assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles. Your responsibilities will include providing support for lead/opportunity generation by conducting calls, sending emails, connecting via social media to generate leads, scheduling first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conducting customer surveys, identifying participants for events, and bringing awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines - Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor - Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments - Make decisions that impact your own work - Be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work **Qualifications:** - Any Graduation - 1 to 3 years of experience Please note that this role at Accenture may require you to work in rotational shifts.
