Sales Dealer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Dealer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with dealers/distributors, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring excellent customer service at the channel level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and onboard new dealers within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance and gather market intelligence.
• Implement and monitor trade promotions, schemes, and product launches.
• Provide training and support to dealers on product features, pricing, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Monitor dealer stock levels and ensure optimal inventory.
• Resolve dealer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor activity updates.
