Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Engagement Associate to drive sales across diverse channels and nurture lasting customer relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences with Aurva. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage with potential sales channels, including distributors, wholesalers, and innovative channels like organic and cultural stores, educational institutes, daycares, board game cafes and wedding planners. Organize and participate in exhibitions, fairs, and residential complex kiosk setups to showcase and sell Aurva puzzles. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to tap into new innovative markets and customer segments. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer interactions across various platforms, including website chat, social media, and email. Reach out to existing customers for feedback, reviews, and surveys to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
