Sales & Customer Service Executive – Signage / Outdoor Industry

Masterpieces Signage is a leader in custom signage solutions, catering to commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong marketing background and exceptional client-handling skills to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and expand customer base
• Generate new B2B leads and close high-value deals through client meetings and fieldwork
• Interact directly with architects, builders, brand managers, and corporate clients
• Present signage solutions with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with design and production teams for timely execution
• Meet monthly sales targets and provide reports on progress and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage or advertising
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Fluent in English and Tamil
