Job Title: Sales Coordinator ELMO Smartclass Technology Location: North Chennai & Chengalpattu Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Coordinator to join our team for ELMO Smartclass Technology in North Chennai & Chengalpattu . The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer training . This role involves a mix of pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and post-sales training , with 50% fieldwork . Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-sales activities , including lead generation and client engagement. Deliver demonstrations of ELMO Smartclass Technology to potential customers. Provide after-sales training and support to end users, ensuring smooth implementation. Build and maintain relationships with schools, and educational institutions . Work closely with the sales and technical teams to meet business objectives. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Travel within North Chennai & Chengalpattu as required (Travel allowance provided). Key Requirements: Basic knowledge of technology and a willingness to learn. Strong demonstration skills and the ability to explain technology in simple terms. Fluent in English and the local language (Tamil preferred). 50% fieldwork , requiring good mobility and adaptability. Dynamic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
