Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Digital Marketing to support our sales and business development team by managing client enquiries, coordinating sales activities, maintaining prospect records, tracking follow-ups, and helping move potential clients through the sales process.

The role involves coordinating with prospects and internal teams, organizing sales information, preparing proposals and quotations, scheduling meetings, updating CRM records, and ensuring timely communication with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to coordinate multiple sales activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative and operational support to the sales and business development team.
• Manage incoming client enquiries related to SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website design, website development, and other digital marketing services.
• Contact prospects to confirm requirements, share relevant information, and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
• Schedule client calls, online meetings, appointments, and sales discussions.
• Maintain and update prospect databases, client details, enquiry records, and sales pipeline information using CRM software, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Track sales leads, follow-up dates, client responses, proposal status, and pending activities to ensure timely action.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, service details, presentations, and other sales documents in coordination with the relevant team.
• Coordinate with sales executives, digital marketing specialists, designers, and developers to collect information required for client discussions.
• Assist the sales team in tracking potential opportunities, pending deals, and client onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, meetings, and business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects regarding proposals, meetings, and pending decisions as directed by the sales team.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, daily activity updates, and periodic performance summaries.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams during the sales and initial onboarding process.
• Help the sales team stay organized and meet follow-up schedules, response timelines, and business development objectives.

Experience

Relevant experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer coordination, business development support, or administrative coordination is preferred. Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, advertising agency, or other B2B service business will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
