The sales backend coordinator cum tele caller is responsible for performing administrative and operational tasks for the sales department while also acting as a key point of contact for clients over the phone. This role includes generating leads, assisting with customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

Responsibilities: Tele calling and lead generation

• Make outgoing calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.
• Answer incoming sales calls and respond to sales queries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Follow up with customers to confirm sales orders, delivery dates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling and other methods.
• Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with them to attempt a sales conversion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
