As a Sales Coordinator / Admin, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and coordinating administrative tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule at our in-person work location. Your primary duties will include assisting the sales team with customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, maintaining client databases, and coordinating schedules for appointments and meetings. You will also be involved in handling administrative tasks such as processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, resolving any issues or concerns promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.
