Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders to streamline daily operations.
• Monitor and follow-up on leads, proposals, and client communication.
• Maintain client databases, documentation, reports, and scheduling.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations, contracts, and business presentations.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Work under pressure while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in sales coordination within oil, gas, or petroleum verticals.
• Strong command of CRM systems, Excel, and presentation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
