Role Overview: As a candidate for the position at MIDC Ambarnath, your main responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of materials. This will involve preparing correct work orders, coordinating with various departments like production, store, and purchase for on-time dispatch, and ensuring material readiness in collaboration with the production department. Your effective coordination with different teams and departments will play a critical role in achieving the company's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate work orders for dispatch of materials - Coordinate with production, store, and purchase departments for timely dispatch - Ensure material readiness in collaboration with the production team - Liaise with customers and follow up on tags and transportation documents - Coordinate with the sales team and work closely with the accounts department Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in team coordination, report generation, production planning, and dispatch planning Additional Company Details: - Full-time role with a 9-hour shift schedule and Friday off due to electricity shutdown - Salary ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 INR - Benefits include Provident Fund and performance bonuses - Work location is in person at MIDC Ambarnath If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact the employer at happiestgroupjob1@gmail.com or speak with them directly at +91 9999601571.,
