Sales & Campaign Executive – Golden Ray Renewable Energy LLP

Now, we’re looking for a Sales & Campaign Executive who can take that mission to the ground — someone who loves meeting people, organizing campaigns, building partnerships, and driving awareness for solar.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet customers, residents, and small business owners to help them understand solar — how it saves money and protects the planet.
• Tie up with local stores (electrical, hardware, real estate, etc.) to create referral networks and generate continuous leads.
• Plan and run campaigns — society events, local drives, roadshows, and awareness classes at schools or community halls.
• Capture on-ground photos and stories for social media and performance reports.
• Coordinate with our marketing and operations teams to track leads and conversions.
• Bring ideas — we love people who think and act like owners.

Who You Are

• Confident, approachable, and good at building trust with people.
• Believe in solar and sustainability — not just as a job, but as a mission.
• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable managing on-ground work.
• Speak Malayalam fluently (basic English for coordination is fine).
• Ready to travel locally for campaigns and community sessions.

Compensation & Growth Component Details

Base Salary₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)Performance Incentives₹3,000 – ₹10,000/month (lead & campaign-based)Travel Allowance₹2,000 – ₹3,000/month Company SIM Provided with ₹360 monthly recharge Campaign Expenses Reimbursed as per bills Growth Path Promotion to Sales & Campaign Manager within 12–18 months

Estimated Total Package: ~₹3.4 – ₹3.7 LPA (including incentives & allowances)
