Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Caller who can speak Kannada and English fluently to connect with PU students and their parents in Bangalore. You will play a key role in pitching our programs, scheduling demo sessions, and supporting the pre-sales and conversion process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to PU students and/or parents
• Clearly explain the benefits of our online coding programs
• Schedule and coordinate demo sessions
• Follow up with leads to drive enrolment
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM
• Assist with basic queries and pre-sales activities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in Kannada and English (both spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in telesales, student counselling, or ed-tech preferred
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
• Own smartphone/laptop and reliable internet connection
