Job Description – Sales Assistant (Preparation & Service)

Job Title: Sales Assistant – Ice Cream Parlor

Location: AvinashiRoad, Peelamedu,Coimbatore

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide excellent service.

Prepare and serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes, and desserts as per recipes and portion standards.

Handle customer orders, billing, and payments (cash/UPI).

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the preparation, service, and dining areas.

Restock ingredients, cones, cups, toppings, and other supplies regularly.

Ensure proper storage and quality of ice creams and raw materials.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI).

Assist in opening and closing duties of the parlor.

Handle customer feedback and resolve queries politely.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (preferred).

Prior experience in food service / retail / ice cream parlor is an added advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of billing/cash handling.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, energetic, and presentable personality.

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹ [Rs. ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month] (based on experience).
