Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Operations Executive to manage and grow our distribution network, ensure operational efficiency, and build strong customer relationships across the Punjab region. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or beverage sales and a strong understanding of regional market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Manage and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Coordinate logistics, inventory, and deliveries across the region. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Conduct field visits to ensure product visibility and brand presence. Collaborate with marketing team to execute regional campaigns and activations. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2-4 years of experience in sales or operations, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab. Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
