Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Job Application Services Location: Sector 3, Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers are welcome) Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to promote and sell job application and career assistance services to job seekers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a strong desire to help candidates succeed in their job search. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential job seekers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels. Understand the candidate's profile and career goals to recommend suitable job application service packages. Clearly explain the benefits of services such as resume writing, job application assistance, profile building, interview preparation, etc. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and feedback using CRM tools. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with customers through effective after-sales support. Provide feedback from customers to improve service quality and offerings. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Confidence in phone-based and WhatsApp-based sales conversations. Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner. Qualifications: HSC and above Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, edtech, or career services is an added advantage. Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
