Sales Associate

As a Senior Sales Associate at Fitelo, you will play a crucial role in developing business activities and contributing to the company's rapid growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Representing Fitelo as the first point of contact for customers and the spokesperson of our products - Contacting potential customers to inform them about Fitelo's service offerings - Building rapport, understanding customer requirements, handling queries, suggesting appropriate packages, and closing sales - Entering and updating customer information in the sales CRM database - Keeping records of calls and making precise notes during sales conversations - Continuously refining the sales pitch and providing support and training to other executives when necessary The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - Edtech sales experience (preferred but not mandatory) - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English - Comfort with cold outreaches and objection handling - A go-getter attitude with a positive approach towards work - Motivation for continuous learning and improvement Qualifications: - Graduates & Post Graduates from any field are welcome to apply Fitelo, a fast-paced Indian D2C Health-tech startup, aims to help customers lead healthier lives through proper nutrition, physical activity, and healthy habits.
